-Be sure the blade always extends beyond the shoe and work throughout the stroke.
-Always rest the shoe flat against material to reduce vibration.
-Always start the tool before blade contacts the work piece.
-Allow the blade cool down before changing.
-Check for warped blades.
-Do not force the tool through the work piece.

-Hold the saw by the insulated gripping surface.
-Keep all screws, bolts and covers tightly in place.
-Ensure that blades and accessories are securely to the tool.
-Immediately release the trigger if the blade binds.
-Never leave the saw running unattended.



-Do not expose the tool to rain or wet conditions.
-Never unplug by pulling the cord.
-Disconnect before adjusting or changing accessories.
